This October, I’m inviting you to a live, experiential workshop in Stockholm where we will explore systemic perspectives, systemic questions and the hidden dynamics that can influence the way we work, relate and make decisions.

This is not a lecture.

You will have the opportunity to experience systemic coaching, rather than simply hear about it.

We will explore questions such as:

• What happens when your professional role becomes part of your identity?

• Why do certain patterns keep repeating even when we consciously want something different?

• What can systemic questions reveal that ordinary questions cannot?

• How can we notice dynamics that are difficult to see from an individual perspective?

• What becomes possible when something previously unseen becomes visible?

The day will include reflection, systemic exercises, experiential work and opportunities to explore these ideas together.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is especially relevant if you are:

A coach who wants to develop a deeper systemic perspective in your work.

A therapist or helping professional who is curious about looking beyond the individual and exploring relational and systemic dynamics.

A facilitator or consultant who works with people, teams or organizations and wants to recognize patterns that may not be immediately visible.

A leader or professional who is interested in understanding how roles, relationships and systems influence the way we think and act.

You do not need previous training in systemic coaching to attend.

If you are curious, open to experiential learning and interested in seeing familiar situations from a different perspective, you are welcome.

We will work with real themes and situations, creating space for new observations and insights to emerge.

Reflection and integration
Time to reflect on what you noticed and what you may want to take into your own work and life.

The intention is not to fix or change you.

It is to create the conditions for seeing something differently.
