We will explore how personal history, relationships, and larger systems shape decisions and results.

 

2. Why Clients Stay Stuck

You will see why insight and awareness are often not enough.

We will look at recurring patterns, hidden loyalties, and internal limits that keep clients in the same place.

 

3. Decision Making from a Systemic Perspective

You will explore the difference between decisions made from pressure and decisions made from alignment.

You will learn how to recognize when a client’s direction is influenced by unseen dynamics.

 

4. Relational and Organizational Dynamics

We will look at what happens beneath the surface in client relationships, business structures, and professional environments.

You will begin to recognize roles, imbalances, and positioning within systems.

5. Introduction to Systemic Constellations

You will experience a simplified version of systemic constellations in a safe group setting.

This will allow you to see how complex situations can be explored without analysis.
