How much information have you consumed in the last year?
How many podcasts have you listened to? How many books have you read? How many videos have you watched? How many courses have you saved for “later”?
And the more important question:
How much of it have you actually integrated into the way you work?
At some point, professional growth is no longer about collecting more information.
It is about developing a new way of seeing.
From solving problems to seeing systems
Traditional coaching can be extremely valuable.
But there are situations where working only with the individual, their goals, beliefs and behaviors doesn’t give you the full picture.
Because the person exists within a system.
A leader exists within a team.
A team exists within an organization.
A business exists within a market.
And every one of these systems contains relationships, roles, expectations, patterns, feedback loops and dynamics.
Systemic Thinking gives you another lens.
Instead of immediately asking:
“How do we solve this problem?”
you learn to ask:
“What is creating and maintaining this pattern?”
That shift can completely change the way you work.
What can you actually do with this skill?
You can use Systemic Thinking and systemic mapping to explore:
Leadership Understand the dynamics within the team you’re leading and see what may be influencing performance beyond individual behavior.
Coaching Move beyond the individual and explore the wider system influencing your client’s situation.
Consulting Map complex organizational situations and identify relationships and patterns that may otherwise remain invisible.
Business Explore relationships between clients, money, strategy, people, leadership and growth.
Organizational change Understand why some changes move easily while others repeatedly meet resistance.
Teams See roles, relationships, influence, tensions and recurring patterns.
And even your private life.
Because you don’t stop being part of systems when you leave the office.
Your family is a system.
Your relationships are systems.
Your professional life is a system.
Learning to see systems means learning to see the relationships between the parts, not only the parts themselves.
This is why I created the Systemic Vision Mastermind
The Mastermind is not designed to give you another collection of theories to consume.
It is designed to help you practice the skill.
We will work with systemic thinking, systemic mapping and Organizational & Business Constellations through practical exercises and real situations.
You will have the opportunity to bring situations from your own professional experience and explore them from a systemic perspective.
You will not simply learn about systemic thinking.
You will practice thinking systemically.
And that distinction matters.
Because the value of a skill is not in knowing its definition.
The value is in what you can see and do differently because you have it.
When was the last time you truly invested in yourself?
Not another podcast.
Not another YouTube video.
Not another free webinar.
Not another PDF that you downloaded and never opened.
I’m talking about making a conscious decision to develop a skill that can stay with you for years and become part of your professional toolkit.
Investing in yourself is one of the few investments that can continue to create value long after the program itself is finished.
It is about developing capabilities that become part of who you are and how you work.
A skill you can take into your coaching sessions, your leadership, your business, your relationships and the decisions you make every day.
Systemic Thinking can become one of those skills.
The next Systemic Vision Mastermind starts on Friday, September 4 at 18:00 Stockholm time.
The first session will take place on Friday, followed by nine Saturday sessions, all fully online.
If you feel that developing this way of seeing could take your professional practice to another level, send me “VISION”here on coments.
I’ll personally get back to you and we can arrange a short Zoom conversation to explore whether the Mastermind is right for you.
10 sessions. One systemic lens. A skill you can carry with you for years.
The question is not whether you need more information. The question is what you are ready to become capable of seeing.
